MVEDA CEO PLEADs GUILTY

Tuesday, May 11th, 2010 Davin Lopez, President and CEO of MVEDA, plead guilty today to 1 count of DUI according to the El Paso District Attorney's Office. According to the El Paso County Website,He faces 180 days in Confinement at the El Paso Detention Facility and faces 9 months of probation. Davin Lopez was arrested in October of 2009, after causing a 2 car accident and having a BAC of .161 (twice the Texas limit).
